Joseph has a PhD in Management from the Unversity of Science in Malaysia in addition to a BSc in Psychology and a Masters in Industrial /Organisational Psychology from the University of Ibadan. He has several certifications including MBTI, Cubiks, GLI, assessor, coach, conflict mediator, interviewer, role player, critical incidence stress management, occupational safety and health, master trainer, Master practitioner, performance management.
He is also the MD/CEO of Rainmakers Partners. Before now he was the Head of Human Resources at Keystone Bank. Before Key stone, Joseph was Country Manager Hay Group in Nigeria and later General Manager for The Hay Group in South Africa where he managed Hay Group’s business in north of Southern Africa, including managing consultants operating in the environment and their client relationships.Compensation and Reward expert, entrepreneurship management, small business, DDI Targeted selection practitioner and trainer, MAX Performance Management.
He was Responsible for sales and delivery of consulting services in about a dozen countries and delivered consulting work in strategy implementation, and leadership and talent offerings, Talent Resourcing, Development and Coaching.
He also has a previous work experience as a Regional Consultant with DDI Asia/Pacific International Ltd. Kuala Lumpur where he participated in and led several client engagements including: Designed, customized and delivered end-to-end executive development for clients like PPG, Central Bank of Malaysia, and Intel Malaysia Conducted several behavioral event interviewing (BEI) sessions for various clients Designed and led succession management work for clients. He had several opportunities to design and implement succession management initiatives for clients like Multimedia Development Corporation and the UEM group in Malaysia
