Smriti Goel is a passionate Learning and Organization Development professional and an Executive Coach with over 18 years of international experience in Asia, Middle-East, and Africa. She has successfully partnered with organizations to strategically impact leadership, employee engagement, culture, and overall organizational health.

Smriti is dedicated to helping leaders and organizations achieve their business goals by designing creative solutions unique to their needs. Smriti’s experience is diverse. She has worked with large organizations in different industries ranging from technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, to financial services. Her experience includes executive coaching, training design and facilitation, talent and organization development, behavioural change management, leadership development, managing multiple clients and managing teams. Smriti has held positions as a Senior Manager in KPMG Nigeria and as a Senior Manager in Genpact South Africa amongst others.

In KPMG, she instituted the client-facing unit for corporate training. She managed and coached a team of consultants to establish a Learning and Development unit which grew exponentially during her tenure. She also launched the internal Learning and Development desk in KPMG to train all levels from Staff Analyst to Partners. In her tenure with Genpact South Africa she worked in the Re-engineering Division in the Hire-to-Retire domain. Her other assignments in India include working as a Principal Consultant with HR Anexi, Core Consultant with bbmgroup and as a Consultant trainer with Citibank. During her tenure with HR Anexi, one of the assignments included acting as the Organisational Development Head for a mid-size pharmaceutical company for a period of six months. In her assignment as a Core Consultant with business behavior management group she conducted several Assessment and Development Centres as well as learning and development programs. In her two year consulting assignment with Citibank she pioneered a project for bridging the quality gap between the bank and its associates which was later rolled out countrywide based on its success.
As a coach, she engaged with clients in London, Nigeria, South Africa and India in the area of Life Coaching and Executive Coaching with very gratifying results. She remains a member of a Coaching Circle in London.
Smriti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and an MBA. Smriti completed her coaching qualification from Coaching Development UK and is an accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from International Coach Federation, USA. She is certified in Level A & B (Intermediate) from British Psychological Society. She is qualified and experienced in administering, interpreting and giving feedback on instruments like Hogan Personality Assessments, MBTI Step I & Step II, 15FQ+, 360 degree and Baron EQi, an instrument to assess Emotional intelligence. She has undergone training in the Foundational workshop of Transactional Analysis TA101.
